David J. Wood serves on the staff of the Fund for Theological Education as the coordinator of the Lilly Endowment’s Transition-into-Ministry Programs. Wood is writing a book on the critical connection between the practice of friendship and the well-lived pastoral life, in which a version of these lectures will appear.
